Their store has an amazing supply of samples and options, and what I like best is through their range of products they supply only high-quality proven materials, they don’t advertise any low-grade, prone-to-failure products. They stand behind their products and installation. I bought LVP and carpet through them and am highly satisfied with the quality, the installation was quick, smooth and professional. They are wonderful people and run a fabulous business. 10/10 recommend!

I can’t speak highly enough about the job Family Flooring did for me. They installed hardwood in my kitchen/dining room and vinyl in the Master bath. They were a pleasure to work with and both spaces were beautifully done. I would definitely use them again for my flooring.

Family flooring is awesome, I had a small hard job for Chuck to do. Most companies would not have done it. He took the time to really do a good job and many hard cuts had to be made around a bed, closet all in a very small room. They are the best, I highly recommend using them.

We had the most wonderful experience with Family Flooring. They did a fabulous job on our carpet. I picked a carpet with a pattern which made for challenging seams. Chuck and Keith did a great job and our carpet is beautiful. Cindi in the office was excellent to work with - great, straightforward communication. Chuck is so kind, in fact, my husband was laying vinyl plank in another room of the house and Chuck took the time to give him some tips and even loaned my husband a cutting tool. Turn out fantastic. We had both carpeting which Cindy went through great efforts to find exactly what we wanted and we love it and we went with a tile that we saw in the store and it turned out absolutely beautiful.

Chuck was absolutely wonderful. The flooring is amazing. I love the Deluxe Vinyl Planking. It is so much better than Laminate. He even came back to change out the transition strip from the hall to the bathrooms. Great experience with Family Carpet Center.

I've had the pleasure of having Chuck and Cindi in our home to do some carpet for us, and they really are the best! They are extremely personable and helpful- as well as honest. I recommend them to everyone I know. They are experts in installation too, and very careful- not like other places that have left my walls or baseboards scratched or scuffed.
